This is an OEM replacement BOURNS potentiometer. Please disassemble your Vitamix and verify it has this style potentiometer has before purchasing.
Please refer to Youtube for in depth replacement instructions & videos. A quick summary on a VM0103 - remove the rubber pitcher base pad to reveal 4 screws. Remove screws to split the case in half. Pull off knob and then remove the nut holding the potentiometer in place. Then there are wires with spade connectors that can be pulled off the circuit board. There are a couple options so I would pull out your old switch and be sure it matches the style in this listing before ordering
